The medical center of the Novokuznetsk International Airport named after B.V. Volynov is located on the second floor of the new terminal.
The medical center provides medical services to passengers and their accompanying persons, as well as airport employees and other persons carrying out their activities at the airport.

The health center carries out the following functions:
- Providing first medical (pre-hospital) aid in the premises of a health center or directly at the scene of the incident (at the place where a medical worker was called).
- Providing primary health care in the event of life-threatening emergencies conditions.
- Referral in accordance with medical indications to a medical organization for the provision of specialized medical care.
- Pre-flight (post-flight) medical examination of civil aircraft crew members, pre-shift (post-shift), pre-flight (post-flight) medical examinations of workers airport.
- Participation in emergency rescue operations during emergencies at the airfield and in the airfield area.
- Participation in the organization of anti-epidemic measures.
- Consultation of passengers on issues of medical contraindications when carrying out flights.
- Inspection of children before visiting the mother and baby room.
