    Yes, you can go to the page of the hotel on the territory of the airport in the section “Hotel on the territory of the Novokuznetsk airport.”

    Assistance for passengers with disabilities can be ordered on the website or by phone: 8 (3843) 994-444. You can do this already at the airport, at the information desks, but in this case there is a high probability that you will have to wait for help and there is a risk of being late for your flight.

    Tickets can be purchased on the airport website, on the website of your airline, at a representative office or at the ticket office at the airport. Different ticket offices may sell tickets for flights of different airlines. To buy a ticket for a specific airline, contact the information desk and check which ticket office sells the tickets you need.

    To purchase, you need a passport (for domestic flights) or a foreign passport with an open visa of the destination country (for international flights). You can also pay for additional services at the ticket office: for example, an upgrade or excess baggage.

    Items forgotten in the terminal or on the station square are usually handed over to the police (if the owner cannot be found immediately). The police are located on the 1st floor of the Terminal, telephone: +7 (999) 306 11 34. To get forgotten things, you need to show your passport and prove that the things belong to you.

    Items forgotten on board the aircraft, in the border/customs control area or in the baggage claim area end up in the unclaimed baggage storage room (phone: 8 (3843) 994-444). In the unclaimed baggage storage area, items are stored free of charge. To get forgotten items, you must present your passport and prove that the items belong to you.

    If your baggage is lost (does not appear on the baggage claim line upon arrival), go to the Lost and Found counter in the baggage claim hall and fill out an application for baggage search.

    The terminal has both changing rooms combined with a bathroom for passengers with disabilities, and a free mother and child room for passengers with children under 7 years old.

    The mother and child room has a changing room, a kitchen, a play panel, children's toys, and children's bedrooms. The business lounge and VIP lounge also have play complexes and changing facilities for children.

    At the airport, your boarding pass can be printed at the check-in counters of your flight, at the boarding pass printing terminals of Aeroflot and S7 airlines, located in front of the check-in line.

    Each airline may have its own recommendations for carrying baggage and hand luggage - check this when purchasing a ticket.

    For any questions, you can contact the airport information desk 8 (3843) 994-444, fill out the form on the website in the “Feedback” section.

    Or write your question to the airport chatbot @NOZ_feedback_bot

    You can upgrade your ticket at the check-in counter if you have a sufficient number of bonus miles or for cash if it is technically possible to upgrade your ticket on a specific flight. For more information, please contact the reception desk.

    The surcharge for excess baggage is set by the airline itself—check this information when purchasing a ticket. You can pay extra for excess baggage at the airport: you will need to check in for your flight at the check-in counters, then pay for the excess baggage at the airport ticket office or your airline, and then check in your baggage at the check-in counters for your flight.

    You can check in for your flight online (link to website page: online check-in) on your airline’s website. Check-in at the airport usually begins no later than 2 hours and ends 40 minutes before flight departure. Check with your airline for the exact time.

    There is a baggage packing station in the check-in hall where your luggage will be wrapped in stretch film. The film will protect luggage from damage and illegal opening.

    If the flight departure is delayed, the airline is obliged to provide services to the passenger in accordance with clause 99 of the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated June 28, 2007 N 82 on the approval of the federal aviation rules “General rules for the air transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo and requirements for servicing passengers, shippers, consignees.” For clarification of questions, you can contact:

    • to the airport information desk (in person or by phone: 8 (3843) 994-444)
    • to the representative office on the third floor of the terminal (if you are flying with Aeroflot or S7).

    You can leave your belongings at the airport terminal at Lost and Found.

    If you are a passenger with a disability, the airport terminal staff will help you with your luggage. To do this, you need to pre-order assistance services for passengers with disabilities on the website or by phone: 8 (3843) 994-444.

    For other citizens, the porter service at the airport is not provided.

    However, you can use luggage carts for free: they are located on the territory of the parking complex in specialized sheds, after entering the terminal and in the baggage claim hall (for arriving passengers). The maximum weight of luggage on one trolley is 150 kg.

    Oversized baggage is baggage that exceeds the established size allowance. Each airline has its own standards, so if you are transporting something non-standard in size, check with your airline to find out what its established baggage size standards are and what the surcharge is for oversized baggage.

    Oversized baggage is checked in separately from other baggage near check-in counter No. 13.

    Ski equipment (cases with skis or snowboards) are checked out at separate baggage drop-off lines “Ski equipment”.

    At the airport, you first check in for your flight and then check in your oversized luggage.

    Upon arrival, oversized baggage must also be received separately.

    Ski equipment is issued as regular baggage

    First, you register for the flight at the check-in counter, and then hand over your ski equipment at separately designated lines.

    When handing in your ski equipment, you must complete the following steps:

    • place ski equipment (cover with skis/snowboard in full) on the delivery tape;
    • scan the luggage tag.

    If everything is done correctly, the luggage will travel* on its own.

    If there is a weight discrepancy, please contact the front desk.

    *you must wait for your baggage to depart if another seat is checked in immediately before you, since the baggage is inspected using an introscope.

    Portable chargers (power banks, external chargers, Power Banks, portable jump starters) containing lithium batteries must be carried only in passenger items (carry-on baggage) and must be separately protected in such a way as to prevent short circuits (by placing in the original retail packaging or otherwise insulating the terminals, such as by wrapping tape around exposed terminals or placing each battery in a separate plastic bag or protective case), taking into account the requirements specified for lithium batteries.

    Each battery must have the following parameters:

    • lithium content in lithium metal batteries does not exceed 2 g;
    • power density of lithium-ion batteries does not exceed 100 Wh;
    • over 100 Wh up to 160 Wh inclusive - no more than two are transported and permission from the airline (carrier) is required.

    Portable chargers and spare batteries containing lithium and with a power density exceeding 160 Wh are PROHIBITED for carriage by passengers. In case of travel on a wheelchair powered by lithium-ion batteries, with the permission of the operator, you can carry in your hand luggage only one spare battery with an energy capacity (power density) of not more than 300 Wh or two spare batteries, the energy capacity (power density) of each of which does not exceed 160 Wh, and the battery terminals must be protected from short circuits and damage.

    Carrying portable chargers (external batteries, external chargers, Power Bank, portable jump starters) in CHECKED baggage is PROHIBITED.

    Calculation of specific power is made using the following formula:

    1 Wh (Wh) = 1 V (V) * 1 Ah (Ah), where Wh is Watt-hour, V is Volt, Ah is Ampere-hour

    Please note that in accordance with the Rules for pre-flight and post-flight inspections (Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 02.04.2025 No. 34), baggage inspection can be carried out both in the presence of the passenger and in his absence in order to prevent the admission on board the aircraft of prohibited items and substances. Thus, in the event of your failure to appear at the manual inspection room, your luggage will be opened in your absence. Baggage inspection carried out in the absence of the passenger is documented in a baggage inspection report. The report is attached to the luggage inspected in the absence of the passenger. Please refrain from locking your luggage using combination locks or additional devices that may make it difficult to access the contents.
