Electronic requests signed with an enhanced electronic signature and/or written requests for the issuance of permanent and/or one-time passes must be completed in Russian, legibly by hand or using technical means, without abbreviations, abbreviations, corrections, or blots.
Electronic requests signed with an enhanced electronic signature and/or written requests for the issuance of permanent or one-time passes to an individual must contain the full name of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur initiating the issuance of the pass, the identification data of the person requiring the pass, including the last name, first name, patronymic (if any), date and place of birth, place of residence (registration), position held, series, number, date and place of issue of the identity document, as well as the purpose and time interval of stay in the sectors of the transport security zone of Novokuznetsk Airport and the period (term) for which the pass is required (sample request - Appendix No. 1-3 to the Procedure for the Issuance, Registration, Storage, Use, and Destruction of Passes at Novokuznetsk Airport).
Electronic requests signed with an enhanced electronic signature and/or written requests for the issuance of permanent and one-time passes for official and industrial vehicles, self-propelled machines, and mechanisms must contain the full name of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur initiating the issuance of the pass, information about the vehicles, self-propelled machines, and mechanisms for which the pass is required, including their types, brands, models, colors, license plates (numbers), last name, first name, patronymic (if any), and position of the persons who will operate these vehicles, self-propelled machines, and mechanisms, as well as the purpose and time interval of stay in the sectors of the Novokuznetsk Airport transport security zone and the period (period) for which the pass is required (sample request - Appendix No. 5.6 to the Procedure for the Issuance, Registration, Storage, Use, and Destruction of passes at Novokuznetsk airport).
