The procurement of goods, works, and services includes the following stages: needs planning, developing a procurement plan, selecting a supplier (contractor, service provider), and fulfilling the obligations of the parties to the agreement/contract.
Procurement is carried out based on the approved procurement plan for the supply of goods, performance of works, and provision of services, and within the approved budget for meeting the Company's needs.
The procurement of goods, works, and services must ensure:
- Efficient and timely satisfaction of the Company's needs for goods, works, and services, including the achievement of procurement objectives and their justification;
- Economically justified costs, efficient use of the Company's funds.
The requirements of this Regulation apply to all divisions of Novokuznetsk Airport.
