As part of the program to develop an accessible environment and improve the quality of passenger service, the installation of induction loop systems at Novokuznetsk Airport has been completed. This is an important step towards creating comfortable conditions for people with hearing loss, meeting international standards of hospitality and inclusiveness.

Russian-made induction loops, located in the check-in areas (counter No. 8), pre-flight security, departure and information desk, amplify sound signals and transmit them directly to hearing aids or cochlear implants with “T” mode (telecoil). To connect, you need to switch the hearing aid to “T” mode (Telecoil). This allows you to:

Clearly hear dispatcher announcements without background noise; Communicate comfortably with airport staff; Navigate the terminal without assistance.
